Restaurant Review: The Breakfast Club

This cute little place was somewhere I had never heard of until a couple of weeks ago. Apparently it's one of THE places to go for breakfast/brunch and I now see why. I think it's a very touristy thing to do and having lived just outside of London my whole life, I can't say I've explored much of the city.

I ventured here on a wet Monday morning with my girls Laya and Melissa before they travel halfway around the world in opposite directions to move back home. As you're reading this I will be taking Melissa to the airport for her flight home to California. As for Laya, she's heading back to India at the end of the week. I'll be sad to see them go, but this isn't goodbye!

Anyway I'll stop going off on a tangent and get on with the food shenanigans! It probably wasn't the wisest idea to go at lunch time the day before pancake day and in half term. We ended up queuing for just over an hour to get in. Mad, I know but it was worth it.

Laya and I had fresh OJ to drink, whilst Melissa went for a healthy smoothie which tasted amazing! Food-wise Melissa went for eggs Florentine and again Laya and I went for the same thing ... THE ALL AMERICAN!

As you can see they don't hold back on the portions! I never thought I would finish even half but my oh my I managed to pack it away! I have to say I think this is the best breakfast/brunch I have ever had. I think you've probably realised by now that this place gets a 5 star thumbs up from me. I would urge you to go and I know I'll certainly be venturing back there before long. Hopefully not with an hours wait in the rain next time!

Have you ever been to The Breakfast Club? What do you think of their food?
