Review: Dior Capture Totale Dream Skin

Although I no longer work for Dior, I still love their products and this is certainly one I can't live without! For those of you who don't know about Dream Skin, you are well and truly missing out. It works wonders as it helps with signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles, reduces pores, hydrates the skin, diminishes redness and gives radiance ... what more could you ask for?

The consistency is somewhere between a moisturiser and a foundation and despite it's pinky colour, it actually has no coverage and is to be used more like a primer. As you can see from my swatches as you rub it in the colour disappears, leaving a much more even and radiant skin tone.

A small amount of product goes a long way too so you can use it sparingly. The amount on my hand would cover my face and trust me you want to save it as it costs £79 for a 30ml bottle. It's fairly pricey but completely worth it and will last a good few months. I try and save this for more special occasions rather than using it on a daily basis but it's so hard when it leaves skin feeling so lovely and creates the perfect base for makeup.

I would definitely invest in this again as I am yet to find a product which matches, let alone exceeds dream skin. It's also great as anyone can use it and take from it what they need. As well as covering a variety of needs across all ages, it can be used by people with oily skin or dry skin, a definite bonus.

Have you tried dream skin? What do you think of it? If not what is your favourite luxury item?
