Top 5 Childhood Films

Having had a couple of weeks off from the 2014 Blogger Challenge, we're back and this time the theme was Films. I decided to share with you my top 5 childhood films...

101 Dalmatians - this was by far my favourite film for a long time when I was younger. Everything I owned was dalmatian related and I still have plenty of dalmatian related items!

Mary Poppins - I don't think I'll ever get bored of re-watching this film. I haven't watched it in a long time so I might have to dig this out again. I was so obsessed with the songs that I made my mum write down the words for me when I was younger so I could sing along!

Grease - This became a favourite of mine when I was about 8. I loved all the music and when I was 11 my end of school disco was Grease themed. For a laugh, here's a picture of me dressed for the event! I even had my own pink ladies jacket! In fact, I still have that jacket and have used it many a time since for dress up.

The Sound of Music - this has been a firm favourite for as long as I can remember. I always wanted to be one of the Von Trapp children growing up.

Toy Story - I don't think I will ever tire of watching Toy Story. When it came out I was the same age as Andy so as he has grown up in the films, I've always been the same age. I could definitely sit and watch toy story over and over.

So there you have my top 5 childhood films and quite possibly some of my current top favourites! There are plenty of other films that I loved and still do but we would be here all day if I went through them all!

What do you think of my favourite childhood films? Are any of these in your favourites too?
