The theme this time was fruit tray bake. So this could be anything from sponge with fruit in, brownies with fruit in or flapjack with fruit in, etc. I had already made a fruit tray bake for cake club last year before I started the Cake Club series so was tempted to make that again as it was really yummy. However I decided to go for something different. I made a raspberry cheesecake brownie tray bake … I hope you're ready for this!
How amazing does that look? I wasn't expecting it to turn out this good especially as I substituted normal flour for gluten free flour. It was so yummy and the majority agreed that it was the best!
Here are the other cakes - I managed to get a photo of all of them this time … result!
My mums - Gluten free Raspberry, Lime & White Chocolate Tray Bake - her presentation wasn't brilliant because the white chocolate wasn't runny enough so when she "drizzled" it, it didn't quite work!

Again it was a really successful Cake Club as none of the cakes were the same and they were all very tasty! The next theme is a 2 coloured cake, which I think is going to be a really fun theme! I can't wait to try out multicoloured sponge cake or something along those lines!
