Mini Clinique Haul

At the weekend I popped into town with the boyf to do a bit of shopping and mainly to buy a birthday pressie for my nephew who is 5 today! But got slightly distracted when passing the Clinique counter and the above happened ... oops!

I had been planning to go in as I wanted to buy the new colour correct redness Superprimer. However this was the only one they were out of and instead of walking away, I was lured in by the lovely lady asking if I had tried the redness solutions foundation! I was having such a bad makeup day and this seemed to be the perfect solution! I also bought the redness solutions pressed powder as that too won me over! I love that it has a cute little brush tucked under the powder tray and a mirror in the lid - perfect for popping in your handbag to touch up during the day!

So far I have been loving both and they are perfect for colour correcting my redness. They also gave me a sample of the primer and I have to say it is amazinggggg! Definitely going to be buying this when its back in stock - I can't get over how soft it leaves your face!

Clinique were also gifting customers who bought 2 or more items so without even realising I was lucky enough to receive the gift bag! Here's what was included:

Repairwear Uplifting Firming Cream - Take The Day Off Remover For Lids, Lashes & Lips - Liquid Facial Soap Mild - Repairwear Laser Focus Wrinkle Correcting Eye Cream - Blushing Blush Powder Blush - Blusher Brush - Almost Lipstick - Lash Doubling Mascara

I haven't tried any of these yet and a couple have already cheekily been nabbed by my mum for her collection!

Once I've been using the products I purchased for a bit longer, I will definitely be reviewing them for you. Although I'm pretty sure I will continue to love them both!

Have you tried any of these products? Would you recommend any of the the samples?

  2. I have tried the Clinique yellow daily moisturizer which is pretty good. I do try to avoid the make up counters unless I actually need something as it is easy to get sucked into buying things just to get the free goodies.
