Review: John Frieda Full Repair Perfect Ends Sheer Mist

Naturally, I have quite wavy frizzy hair but with a bit of taming with products such as curl cream, I can achieve curly hair. Although about a year and a half ago I had my hair cut short (shoulder length) and since then have straightened my hair most of the time. I would love to wear it curly more often, but my hair doesn't curl well at the top (above my ears) ... so straight hair it is!

As I straighten my hair pretty much every day, I am very careful to protect it with heat defence spray. But earlier this year I noticed my ends were getting quite dry and around the same time, this little wonder landed on shelves in Boots & Superdrug. I am a big fan of John Frieda's range of shampoo and conditioner so trusted that this would work well for me. And it did not disappoint!

I used this on the ends of my hair after washing - I wash my hair every 2-3 days. I towel dried my hair and sprayed about 3-4 pumps on either side at the ends. I could tell the difference after a couple of uses and even my hairdresser commented saying my hair was in much better condition. The only thing I would say is not to over-use the product and maybe take a break from it once your hair is feeling more healthy for a while.

I love the striking colour of the packaging and the spray bottle is really helpful as it gives an even spray over the ends of your hair. It's a reasonable price too at just £6.99. I would definitely repurchase this in the future, providing I don't find any better products!

Have you tried this product? Or any others in the range? Or do you have a similar product from a different brand that you like to use?
